3. What data do we process and for what purposes?
When you use our website, you remain anonymous until you decide to provide us with your data. Providing personal data and consenting to their processing are entirely voluntary. Any personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which you have given your consent.
We may collect and otherwise process, including store, your personal data when you contact the Controller. The data you provide, such as your first name, surname, company name, company address, telephone number, email address or tax identification number, may be necessary for:
- entering into and performing agreements binding the parties (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- communicating with you, including answering your questions by telephone or email, presenting a commercial offer at your request, entering into an agreement for the supply of goods or services, contacting you in connection with the provision of services and handling complaints,
- issuing VAT invoices documenting purchases,
- handling settlements and identifying payments,
- delivering ordered products to the address you provide through the Polish Post or a courier company,
- performing ordered services,
- processing credit-card payments,
- processing personal data for accounting and tax purposes.
Our website does not automatically collect any information other than information contained in cookie files.
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on your device and intended to enable use of the Service’s websites.
If you do not provide personal data necessary, for example, to perform an ordered service and do not consent to their processing, we may be unable to enter into an agreement with you and therefore unable to fulfil your order.
4. How do we protect personal data?
A) Email correspondence with you is protected using the secure SSL protocol, which increases the protection of data transmission over the Internet. Information is stored and processed by the Controller using appropriate security measures.
B) When storing and processing your personal data in order to perform an agreement, the Controller uses separate data-processing agreements concerning the protection of entrusted data. The Controller guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided.
C) In specific situations in which applicable law requires the Controller to disclose collected data to public authorities, the Controller will disclose such data.
D) Your personal data will not be transferred or sold to any other entities or natural persons other than those referred to above.
5. How long do we retain data?
We retain your personal data for the duration of the agreement concluded with you and after its termination for the following purposes:
A) pursuing claims related to the performance of the agreement,
B) complying with obligations arising from law, in particular tax and accounting regulations. Data included in accounting documents will be retained for five years in accordance with tax law.
Where you have consented to the processing of your personal data, we retain the data until you withdraw your consent, request restriction or take another action concerning the processing.
6. Rights of the data subject
A) the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data.
You have the right at any time to request that your personal data be updated or erased by contacting the Controller using the protected email address displayed below on this page.
Personal data contained in a completed agreement and an issued sales document, including a VAT invoice, cannot be erased where their retention is required by law. Legal basis: Article 17 GDPR.
B) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a particular purpose where such consent was previously given.
C) the right to object to processing.
D) the right to data portability.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if you believe and can demonstrate that we process your personal data contrary to the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
7. Recipients of personal data
In certain situations, applicable law requires the Controller to disclose collected data for inspection by public authorities. In order to comply with legal requirements and enable such authorities to carry out inspections, we are obliged to make the collected data available.
Except in those situations, your personal data will be disclosed only to the extent, for the purposes and to the entities identified in this Privacy Policy. We take measures to protect the security of your personal data.
8. Links to external websites
A) The website may contain links to third-party websites. The Controller is not responsible for privacy policies applied on third-party websites by their owners, operators or administrators. We therefore recommend that you independently verify each partner and decide whether you wish to provide that party with your personal data.
B) The Controller informs you that third-party content published on our website is provided for information purposes only. The risk arising from decisions made on the basis of information published on our website, and any related responsibility, rests solely with you.
The Controller is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our website. Services, goods and other content presented on the website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

We reserve the right to amend and supplement this Privacy Policy. The current version will always be available on our website under the Privacy Policy section.
